OTPP to invest in BHC Group in a $275m deal.

Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan agreed to invest in BHC Group, a South Korea’s fried chicken, in a $275m deal. OTPP valued the unlisted BHC at $1.7bn, almost three times what the special purpose company paid two years ago. Elevation PE is fully exiting from the Korean franchise with hefty returns.
