CEMEX, a building products company, completed the acquisition of 19.44% stake in CEMEX Latam Holdings, a provider of building products such as cement. Financial terms were not disclosed. Through the offer, CEMEX is simplifying and strengthening its overall capital structure by further consolidating its indirect interest in CLH.
