Lotus Maskin & Transport to acquire the demolition unit of Axcel-backed Delete Group.

Lotus Maskin & Transport, a provider of transportation services, agreed to acquire the demolition unit of Axcel-backed Delete Group, a provider of waste management services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We see the acquisition of Delete Demolition as complementary and an excellent strategic fit to Lotus’ current business in Finland.
