Real estate investment firms Alpine Grove Partners and AIMCo completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Aurelis Real Estate, a German light industrial real estate operating company. Finanacial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased to have delivered a sizable liquidity option to our investors.
