Partners Life completed the acquisition of BNZ Life Insurance for $206m.

Partners Life, an insurance company, completed the acquisition of BNZ Life Insurance, a life insurance company, from NAB, a financial institution, for $206m. “I am absolutely delighted for Partners Life to acquire such a long-standing and respected life insurance business from NAB and we are intent on ensuring that all BNZ Life and Partners Life customers benefit from this transaction," Naomi Ballantyne, Partners Life Managing Director.
