KeBeK and Parcom Capital-backed Yource to acquire Cendris from PostNL.

Private equity firms KeBeK and Parcom Capital-backed Yource, a customer contact services provider, agreed to acquire Cendris, a media company, from PostNL, a mail, parcel and e-commerce. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Cendris is the next step in scaling up our operations and fostering further growth and technological development.
