August Private Equity-backed Charterhouse Voice and Data completed the acquisition of Symity.

August Equity-backed Charterhouse Voice and Data, a provider of IT services, completed the acquisition of Symity, a provider of Unified Communications solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. The sale will provide a boost to Charterhouse’s Microsoft presence, with Teams representing a key skill area, as well as increasing the business’ exposure to customers at the larger end of the SME market. The three founders of Symity will continue in their positions to drive growth and bring their expertise to the wider Charterhouse group.
