Malakoff Humanis to acquire Axéria Prévoyance from April.

Malakoff Humanis, a non-profit joint and mutual social protection group is set to acquire Axéria Prévoyance, an insurance provider, from April, a French insurance company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This project responds to a strategic ambition of Malakoff Humanis to increase its presence in individual insurance and on micro-businesses and TNS, and to a desire to consolidate our relations with April, a long-standing partner of the Group," Thomas Saunier, Malakoff Humanis General Director.
