Immofinanz completed the acquisition of the Serbian retail parks portfolio of Poseidon Group and Mitiska Reim.

Immofinanz, a commercial real estate company, completed its acquisition of the Serbian retail parks portfolio of Poseidon Group, a commercial and residential multi-scale international developer and investor, and Mitiska Reim, a specialist investor in retail parks. Financial terms were not disclosed. In addition to the Serbian deal, Mitiska REIM simultaneously agreed with Immofinanz AG on selling two more retail parks in the Czech Republic.
