Charterhouse Capital completed the acquisition of Vermeg Group from Credit Mutuel Arkea.

Charterhouse Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Vermeg Group, an IT consulting services provider, from Credit Mutuel Arkea, a banking firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Vermeg has undergone remarkable geographical expansion, combined with a significant diversification of our service offerings to better meet the global needs and requirements of our clients.
