Fengate Capital completed the acquisition of Amadeus 250 MW wind project from BayWa.

Fengate Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Amadeus 250 MW wind project, an onshore wind farm, from BayWa, a renewable energy firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Fengate is very pleased with the acquisition of this wind project and we look forward to our ongoing strategic partnership with BayWa. This acquisition closely follows our announcement of commercial operation for our Weaver wind project in Maine so it is an exciting time of expansion in contracted US renewable energy for our investors and our firm," Greg Calhoun, Fengate Managing Director.
