Zander Topco completed the acquisition of ASCO Group from DH Private Equity Partners.

Zander Topco, a company which is owned by a consortium of investors, completed the acquisition of ASCO Group, a global provider of outsourced logistics services and solutions to the oil and gas industry, from DH Private Equity Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed.
