Nordion Energi to acquire Falbygdens Energi from Infracapital.

Nordion Energi, a green energy supplier, agreed to acquire Falbygdens Energi, an integrated, high-quality provider of core infrastructure including electricity distribution, district heating and fibre in Falköping, Sweden, from Infracapital, the Infrastructure equity investment arm of M&G.
