AIT Worldwide Logistics, a provider of transportation and logistics services, completed the acquisition of International Freight Forwarding unit from Fiege, a company that provides logistics solutions including warehousing, transport logistics, and delivery. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very enthusiastic about the deal, as the transaction enables the merger of two extremely complementary networks, that will empower the previous IFF business to grow even further and opens extended services with an even larger network to our customers," Felix Fiege, Fiege Group CEO.
