Lindsay Goldberg to invest in Pike.

Lindsay Goldberg, a private investment firm, agreed to invest in Pike, a provider of infrastructure solutions to utilities in the United States. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As Pike looks at the opportunities ahead, the addition of Lindsay Goldberg to our shareholder group provides access to substantial resources to further accelerate our significant growth and strategic initiatives,” Eric Pike, Pike Chairman and CEO.
