AE Industrial Partners-backed NuWave Solutions completed the acquisition of ProModel Government Services.

AE Industrial Partners-backed NuWave Solutions, a provider of data management, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, cloud solutions and technologies to the Federal Government, completed the acquisition of ProModel Government Services, an agile provider of mission critical predictive and prescriptive analytic software solutions, from ProModel, which develops simulation-based predictive and prescriptive analytic software. Financial terms were not disclosed.
