US Retirement & Benefits Partners completed the acquisition of TSA Consulting Group from Bluff Point Associates.

US Retirement & Benefits Partners, one of the largest national independent financial services firms, completed the acquisition of TSA Consulting Group, a technology-based independent, full-service Third-Party Administrator and Compliance expert, from private equity firm Bluff Point Associates. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very excited to have the TSACG team join the USRBP family.
