Sompo International to acquire W. Brown & Associates Insurance Services.

Sompo International, a Bermuda-based specialty provider of property and casualty insurance and reinsurance, agreed to acquire W. Brown & Associates Insurance Services, a provider of general aviation insurance products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
