Gilde Buy Out Partners to acquire To-Increase from Columbus for €113m.

Private equity firm Gilde Buy Out Partners agreed to acquire To-Increase, a software development unit of Columbus, an IT service management company, for €113m. To-Increase is an established leader in the fast-growing Microsoft Dynamics based business applications software market with innovative software solutions for their customers.
