Horizon Capital-backed Datagroup completed the acquisition of Volia.

Horizon Capital-backed Datagroup, a national fiber infrastructure and digital services provider in Ukraine, completed the acquisition of Volia, a provider of cable television and broadband internet services based in Ukraine. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We will also continue to advance and provide world-class entertainment and content on streaming platforms to all of our retail customers.
