Tradeka-Yhtiöt to acquire A-Katsastus Group from MB Funds for $77m.

Tradeka-Yhtiöt, a management company, agreed to acquire A-Katsastus Group, a Finnish provider of vehicle inspection, driver examination, and other license services in Finland, from MB Funds, for $77m. Completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
