Valley Ridge Investment Partners, Landon Capital Partners and Ironwood Capital completed the acquisition of ALCOM from Hudson Ferry Capital.

Private equity firms Valley Ridge Investment Partners, Landon Capital Partners and Ironwood Capital completed the acquisition of ALCOM, a manufacturer of open and enclosed aluminum trailers for industrial, commercial, and recreational hauling purposes, from Hudson Ferry Capital, a private equity firm based in Rye Brook, New York. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We couldn’t be happier with the outcome of this transaction.
