ECB Group to acquire a 50% stake in BSBIOS from Petrobras Biocombustível for $120m.

ECB Group agreed to acquire a 50% stake in BSBIOS, a provider of energy solutions, from Petrobras Biocombustível, a company engaged in the production of ethanol and biodiesel, for $120m.
