Kin and Carta to acquire Cascade Data Labs for $30m.

Kin and Carta, a global digital transformation business, agreed to acquire Cascade Data Labs, a Portland, Oregon-based data transformation consultancy, for $30m. "The acquisition of Cascade Data Labs will supercharge our existing data transformation capabilities, while expanding our US presence further westward. An enhanced data offering will appeal to both existing and new clients.
