Linzor Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Uno Salud Dental, a Chilean dental care provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. Linzor’s entry will mark the beginning of a new stage for Uno Salud, strengthening the company in its development plan, increasing its presence in regions outside Santiago and guaranteeing excellence in dental practices across the country.
