Namit Malhotra to acquire an additional 35% stake in Prime Focus from Credit Suisse for $525m.

Namit Malhotra, a private investor, agreed to acquire an additional 35% stake in Prime Focus, a media services powerhouse, from Credit Suisse, an investment bank and financial services firm, for $525m. In 2009, using Prime Focus World's proprietary View-D technology, Malhotra converted Clash of the Titans into 3D. The work on this movie led to Prime Focus delivering stereo conversions for a number of other movie blockbusters.
