Apax Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of the software products business of 3i Infotech, a provider of IP-based software solutions and a wide range of IT services for $136m. “Both businesses will have the resources to capitalise on market opportunities and build long term value for employees, customers and shareholders.
