Orix, a Japanese financial conglomerate, completed the acquisition ofacquire an 80% stake in Elawan Energy, a global renewable energy company, from Acek Renewables, a renewable energy business, for $965m. “We welcome Elawan to the ORIX Group and this acquisition is an important milestone to accelerate our corporate strategy of contributing to build a sustainable society.
