Alkhabeer Capital completed the acquisition of Gulf Packaging Industry.

Alkhabeer Capital, a Saudi Arabia-based investment advisory and private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Gulf Packaging Industry, a Dubai-based packaging business. Financial terms were not disclosed. Jeddah-based Alkhabeer, which manages assets worth around $500m, plans to broaden its investments around the Gulf and seek a listing on the Saudi stock exchange.
