Global Infrastructure Partners to acquire the renewable energy unit of MAP Energy.

Global Infrastructure Partners, a global, independent infrastructure investor, agreed to acquire the renewable energy unit of MAP Energy, one of the longest-standing private energy investment firms in the US.
