Space Capital Club completed the acquisition of a 35% stake in Adler Ortho for €22m.

Space Capital Club, a private capital investment platform, completed the acquisition of a 35% stake in Adler Ortho, a private company specialised in designing, manufacturing and marketing articular prosthesis and other medical products, for €22m. The financial resources contributed by Space Capital Club’s shareholders will enable Adler Ortho to expand its commercial presence of the company both on a national and international levels, in particular in the United States where new products are currently under approval by the FDA.
