ABE Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed its acquisition of a majority stake in Plain Concepts, a provider of innovative and engaging custom solutions for all types of digital needs while always incorporating the latest available technology. Financial terms were not disclosed. "For us, the incorporation of ABE Capital Partners represents a definitive boost to our international expansion.
