One Equity Partners completed the acquisition of VASS Consultoria de Sistemas.

One Equity Partners, a middle market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of VASS Consultoria de Sistemas, a European provider of digital transformation, cloud infrastructure and managed IT solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
