The Jordan Company-backed iNRCORE, a manufacturer of magnetic components, completed the acquisition of Gowanda Components Group, an electronics components manufacturer, from Addison Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "iNRCORE and Gowanda are both engineering, customer and culturally-focused businesses. Bringing the two businesses together will result in a more comprehensive set of solutions for our customers.
