PrimeFlight Aviation Services completed the acquisition of Skytanking from Marquard & Bahls.

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, a provider of a range of aircraft, passenger and security services to airlines and airports, completed the acquisition of Skytanking, a provider of a full range of aviation fuelling services, from Marquard & Bahls, an agile, independent holding company in the energy & chemical sector. The transaction is subject to standard regulatory approvals. The purchase price consists of cash and shares in PrimeFlight. Financial terms were not disclosed.
