ProMedica Health System to acquire Toledo Orthopaedic Surgeons.

ProMedica Health System, a provider of health care services, agreed to acquire Toledo Orthopaedic Surgeons, an operator of the orthopedic clinic. Financial terms were not disclosed. Toledo Orthopedic Surgeons is a group practice with 1 location. Currently, Toledo Orthopedic Surgeons specializes in family medicine, general practice, hand surgery, foot and ankle orthopedic, orthopedic surgery, orthopedic surgery of spine and sports medicine with 18 physicians.
