Maezawa Fund completed the acquisition of a stake in Yukashikado.

Maezawa Fund, an investment firm of Yusaku Maezawa, completed the acquisition of a stake in Yukashikado, a provider of nutrition improvement services. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition will help Yukashikado in expansion of nutrition improvement market through large-scale promotion, evolution of personalized nutrition improvement experience, strengthening of organizational strength and promotion of research and development by recruiting human resources.
