The Jordan Company-backed CFS Brands completed the acquisition of AyrKing.

The Jordan Company-backed CFS Brands, which manufactures food service products, completed the acquisition of AyrKing, a company that specializes in the engineering and manufacturing of food preparation equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our entire team is excited to join an industry leader like CFS Brands.
