Sonnedix, a global solar independent power producer, completed the acquisition of 40 MW solar PV plants from Building Energy Andes, an independent power producer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Transactions like this show the variety of Sonnedix’s portfolio and our position as a strong player in Chile’s renewables sector.
