Paychex to acquire Emply.

Paychex, a firm that competes in the payroll outsourcing industry, agreed to acquire Emply, a fast-growing SaaS provider with HR management, recruiting, onboarding, and training management solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We see obvious parallels in the customer segments, characteristics, and size of Emply and Paychex customers. Payroll customers in our main markets of Germany and Denmark have expressed a need for advanced, cloud-based HR solutions. With the HR management, recruitment, onboarding and training management products, Emply's offerings significantly expand our products and services. The breadth of Emply's solutions and presence in additional markets will serve as growth drivers for our European business," Henrik Møller, Paychex CEO.
