The Sterling Group-backed Frontline Road Safety to acquire Hi-Lite Airfield Services.

The Sterling Group-backed Frontline Road Safety, which provides pavement marking services, agreed to acquire Hi-Lite Airfield Services, the largest airfield-focused pavement marking contractor in North America.
