Mondelez, a food and beverage company, agreed to acquire the remaining stake in Hu Master, a provider of food catering services, for $250m. Mondelez which took a minority stake in Hu Master in 2019, is planning to acquire the rest in a transaction that values Hu at around $340m. Hu Master makes a popular chocolate bar based on the paleolithic diet that Is vegan and free of soy and refined sugar.
