CMB Prime to acquire Nuevosur for $21m.

CMB Prime, a company operating in the banking sector, agreed to acquire Nuevosur, a provider of water utility services, for $21m. "We are very happy to enter the ownership of one of the main sanitation companies in the country, and partner with one of the largest pension funds in Canada," Alfonso Yáñez, CMB Prime Portfolio Manager.
