DaVita, a healthcare services provider, completed the acquisition of Renal Services, a health care provider focused on dialysis treatment. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Renal Services has an outstanding track record for delivering high-quality care, which will remain at the centre of our ambitions for the company. Renal Services has a great team led by Kathy Lloyd, and we will be supporting their strategy to grow the business and further improve the experience for people receiving dialysis treatment and overall outcomes," Robert Lang, DaVita CEO.
