Daikin-backed Goodman Distribution, a firm that designs, manufactures, and markets heating and cooling systems, agreed to acquire Robinson Plumbing & Heating, a supplier and distributor of plumbing fixtures and heating equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Robinson supports our growth strategy and is a key step in expanding our distribution footprint in the Northeast,” Ardee Toppe, Goodman Senior Vice President.
