Vitec Software Group completed the acquisition of Unikum Datasystem.

Vitec, a software firm that offers industry-specified business applications, completed its acquisition of Unikum Datasystem, a provider of software products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Unikum is a profitable and well-managed company, with an operation that is a good fit with our business model and corporate culture. We acquire companies to retain them in the Group, which is why we always are careful with our acquisition criteria. Today we would like to warmly welcome 90 new employees," Lars Stenlund, Vitec CEO.
