Lineage Logistics to acquire Cryo-Trans.

Lineage Logistics, an industry's innovator in temperature-controlled supply chain and logistics, agreed to acquire Cryo-Trans, owner of North America’s largest private fleet of refrigerated and insulated railcars. Financial terms were not disclosed.
