Eurowag completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in KomTeS.

Eurowag, a provider of payment services for freight and passenger carriers, completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in KomTeS, a provider of fleet management solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The ultimate goal of this acquisition is to provide Eurowag and KomTeS customers with the highest quality of end-to-end solutions and services on the market,” Marc Trollet, Eurowag Managing Director of Telematics.
