GETEC ENERGIE, a provider of utility services, agreed to acquire Total Energie Gas, a broad energy company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The TEG, now a wholly-owned subsidiary of GETEC, continues to supply its customers in accordance with the contractually agreed regulations and also offers all other services of GETEC and its subsidiaries. For GETEC ENERGIE, taking over around 58k energy consumption points means further growth of its highly scalable ones platform for all energy management processes such as market communication and billing. “I am delighted that we have found a partner in GETEC who can continue our business in Germany professionally.
