Flint Group completed the acquisition of Cranney Home Services.

Flint Group, a network of home service businesses, completed the acquisition of Cranney Home Services, a provider of plumbing, heating, cooling, sewer and electrical services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Cranney Home Services is a great addition to our growing family of home service businesses. For nearly 40 years, they have been recognized as one of the premier home service companies in the greater Boston area," Trevor Flannigan, Flint Group COO.
